Kelley Fox

Kelley grew up on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in the charming town of Sandwich. (Yes, it’s a real place!) Her parents instilled in her the importance of family from a young age, raising her and her younger sister to cherish their large, close-knit extended family while growing up alongside their 20+ cousins. Some of Kelley’s fondest memories include summer days spent on Sandy Neck Beach and the countless snow days courtesy of New England winters.

In high school, Kelley joined the girls' ice hockey team with no skating experience—and absolutely zero ability to stop once she started moving. This decision taught her the value of determination, humility, perseverance, and stepping outside her comfort zone. More than 15 years later, she credits this experience with shaping her into the person she is today.

Kelley attended the University of Rhode Island (URI), where she became a proud member of Zeta Tau Alpha (ZTA). During her time at URI, she held various leadership roles on campus while also working for four years as a teacher at the Goddard School, where she developed invaluable skills in time management and leadership.

After graduating, Kelley was selected to serve as a Leadership Consultant (LC) for ZTA. In August 2017, during a work trip to the University of Arkansas, she fell in love with the community and beauty of Northwest Arkansas. Kelley moved to NWA in 2018 to pursue her M.Ed. in Higher Education, graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2020. After graduate school, she worked for a fraternity headquarters and a fundraising firm, continuing her passion for building meaningful connections and project management.

In her free time, Kelley teaches Pure Barre and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her golden retriever, Teddy. In the spring, you’ll find Kelley and her fiancé at Baum Walker Stadium, cheering on the Razorback baseball team as often as possible.
